Produced by Karamo Coffee under the guidance of Niguse Gemeda — winner of the 2020 Ethiopian Cup of Excellence — this natural-process lot reflects a deep commitment to quality, traceability, and collaboration with local farming communities.

Grown at elevations reaching 2380 MASL, the cherries develop remarkable sweetness and complexity before being carefully sun-dried using traditional natural processing methods. The result is a lively and elegant coffee layered with juicy notes of apricot and yellow peach, balanced by bright citrus acidity and a silky finish.
