Returns & Refunds
At Brewed Co, we take pride in every bag, box, and brew that leaves our hands. We want you to love your order as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
Because coffee, tea, and other consumable products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Coffee beans (whole or ground)

Tea products

Opened food or beverage items

Any perishable goods

Requests made more than 3 days after delivery
If a return is approved by Brewed Co, the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
To assess a return, we may request proof of purchase, photographs, or other relevant information.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for refund unless they are faulty or covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. If you require an exchange, please contact our team and we'll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Unless a product is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as Brewed Co cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may be entitled to under the law.
