Popayán Reserve is a beautifully balanced washed coffee from the highlands of Cauca, Colombia. Grown at 1,700 metres above sea level, this region’s unique climate and rich volcanic soil create the ideal conditions for exceptional specialty coffee.

Sheltered by the Andes Mountains, the Meseta de Popayán is known for its consistent growing conditions, producing coffees with remarkable sweetness, clarity, and balance. In the cup, expect vibrant notes of green apple, creamy milk chocolate, and roasted hazelnut, with a smooth, clean finish.

This coffee is produced through the Popayán Reserve Program, where around 65 dedicated growers focus on quality-driven farming practices. Farmers receive premiums of up to 20% above market price for outstanding lots, supporting sustainability and continued excellence.
