Returns & Refund Policy

At Brewed Co, we're passionate about delivering quality coffee, tea, and brewing products. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item at contact@brewedco.com.au.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Coffee beans (whole or ground)

  • Tea products

  • Other perishable goods

  • Items reported outside the 3-day notification period

For non-perishable items approved for return, products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • In a resaleable condition

Brewed Co reserves the right to request additional information before approving a return, including proof of purchase and photos of the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs and your order details. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional pricing are not eligible for refund unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at contact@brewedco.com.au.

Gift Orders

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved refund may be issued as store credit. If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

For valuable items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Brewed Co cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Policy Updates

Brewed Co reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
